Ms. Aldubaily - Assistant Principal
My career as an educator began at William Ford in August of 1998, when I was hired as a Bilingual Resource teacher; a position I held for nine years. In December 2006, I was appointed Assistant Principal at William Ford Elementary and Miller Elementary.
As a graduate of Wayne State University, I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, majoring in Language Arts. I continued my education and obtained a Masters in Bilingual Education. I am currently working on completing my Education Specialist Degree in Administration.
I have always enjoyed working in the elementary school environment. As a parent of a middle school child, I understand the concerns of parents. I believe, coupled with sound educational practices, every child can be a successful student. I also believe it is crucial that everyone, including parent, teacher, school, and community, work together to insure student success. I am excited to continue to be part of the process and I am excited to continue this endeavor as an Administrator. I look forward to the rewards, meeting the challenges, and watching children succeed and grow.
Thank you,
Rose Aldubaily
