Homework: Parents: please be aware that due to the music class schedule, not all classes will recieve homework on the same day of the week.

First Grade

How many Sounds? Circle the number of sounds found in the name of each animal pictured.

Second Grade

Resource master 3.5. Write the rhythm of the words in music notation using quarter notes, eighth notes, and quarter rests.

Third Grade

Create your own four-beat rhythmic patterns using quarter, eighth, half, and dotted half notes, and quarter rests. Practice them!! This is not for turn in.

Fourth Grade

 Study for next week's test. You will have questions on the staff, Rhythm, and Pitch.

Fifth Grade

Cast of Island in the sun: Study and memorize your part of the scrip. Singers: memorize  the music for Day-o, Kingston Market, Angelina, and Jamaican Farewell.
